Credit Card Payment By Telephone

The Parking Violations Bureau accepts Visa and Mastercard payments through our automated telephone system. If you wish to pay for your citation via our telephone credit card system, call our Customer Service Hotline at any one of the following numbers:

You may make a telephone credit card payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply select the credit card payment option from our automated voice response system and follow the instructions given. A $2.00 convenience fee will be added to each transaction.

Contest a Citation

Per California Vehicle Code section 40204, if you pay your citation without contesting at the same time, your citation will be closed and you will not be able to contest your citation.
