Booted & Towed Vehicles
Getting a Booted and/or Towed Vehicle Released
Release of a towed vehicle must be handled in person.
Owners of vehicles booted with a self-release boot may release the boot themselves by calling the Boot Release line at 855-288-2642. They may also visit a Public Service Center to make payment and arrange for an assisted release of the boot. More details on booting here.
Owners of vehicles towed after having a self-release boot applied may still call the Boot Release Line at 855-288-2642 to pay their citations, but a tow release form must be obtained from a PSC in person.
