Guest Permits

Each household within a Overnight Parking Permit District is entitled to 25 permits per day of one-day Guest permits. Guest permits entitle a vehicle to allows the vehicle driver to park anywhere within the limits of the assigned parking district on streets posted with Overnight Parking District Signs, provided that there are no additional posted restrictions. Each permit costs $1.00. There is a maximum of 25 guest permits per day.

Guest permits are purchased for a particular day and are valid between the hours of 2 AM to 6AM.

First time purchase of guest permits must be done in person at a Customer Service Center. You must provide photo ID when purchasing guest permits. If you do not already have an Annual permit, and you wish to purchase guest permits you must provide two proofs of residency.

Two of the following documents must be used to satisfy the two proofs of residency requirement:

• Driver's License
• Property tax bill or rental/lease agreement
• Utility bill (Cable TV, telephone (landline only), gas, water, or electric)

Guest permits must be purchased from one of our four convenient Public Service Centers.

Applicants for a guest parking permit are required to clear all unpaid parking citations prior to the issuance or renewal of a guest permit.
