Through our Customer Care Hotline, you may:
- Make a credit card payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply select the credit card payment option from our automated voice response system and follow the instructions given. A $2.00 convenience fee will be added to each transaction.
These following services will be provided between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday:
- Request an Initial Review: Please clearly state the reasons that you feel the citation was unfairly issued, and it will be used as the basis for your contest. Upon completion of the review, a decision will be rendered and you will be notified of the result via mail.
- Request an Administrative Hearing or Pre-Payment Waiver.
- Payment plans are available for indigent and eligible low-income motorists whose financial situation qualifies them under the Federal guidelines.
- File a complaint about a traffic officer’s conduct, by submitting a completed Officer Complaint Form, telling us why you believe the officer’s conduct was unprofessional or inappropriate.
- Submit a customer service complaint by telling us how our service did not meet your expectations.
