Paying Your Citation

To pay Citations online, please follow these directions:

1. Select either Citation number, Notice number, or Plate and enter the number in the box provided.
2. Select the Submit button to begin the secure credit card or debit card payment process*. This link will take you to a secured site.
3. Follow the directions on the secured site to walk through the payment process.
4. Wait for a confirmation page. Please print the confirmation page for your records.

Scheduled Hearing Date

• If you are scheduled for a hearing, you must pay your citations at least seven days prior to the scheduled hearing date in order to avoid a hearing. If you fail to pay seven days prior to the hearing date, a judgment may be entered against you.

1. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Please have your credit card or debit card information available.
2. Recently issued parking citations may not be immediately available for online payment. If your citation number is not on file, please try back later. Thank you.
3. Entering a "Plate" number may not return all available open tickets due to agency plate formats. Call 1.855.251.8188 for confirmation of specific citation numbers under your plate details.
